RAD set to welcome tech and innovation leaders for ‘New Economy, Meet New City’ event next month

Next month we will host the greatest minds from across the world of tech and innovation for three days of discussion and workshops at our ‘New Economy, Meet New City’ event.

The free-to-attend conference, which takes place from 5-7 December at our Altitude Building, will celebrate innovation and creative ingenuity in tech, economics, urban design and transportation.

Day one will feature a series of keynote speeches, debates and interactive showcases on how technology is impacting “The New Economy”, while the second day will focus on how tech advancements are reshaping our future in “Meet New City”.

The last day will feature a Festive Children’s Book Fair for the local community, with an opportunity for young people to engage with seasonal literature as well as gain an insight into the art of debate. It will run between 2pm and 5pm and will include interactive sessions and refreshments.

“Tech and innovation are transforming the world as we know it and it is more important than ever to stay abreast of the latest issues and trends in order to stay ahead of the curve,” said John Miu, Chief Operating Officer of ABP London.

“As an international business district and East London’s future tech hub, located next to London City Airport and ExCel conference centre, RAD is the perfect location to bring together innovators and tech experts from around the world to lead the discussion on our future.

“Whether you are interested in gaining an insight into the latest developments in the worlds of business and economics, in the future of London’s transport and urban infrastructure, or simply want to network with like-minded professionals, we hope to see you there.”
